Karate Kid Movie

The new Karate Kid movie has been in theaters since June 11th, 2010. Have you gone to see it yet? What did you think of the new movie?
I still have not had a chance to go see it, but I am wanting to. I have always loved the Karate Kid movies and from the looks of the trailer, this new movie is a great one too.

This new Karate Kid movie stars Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan. I think Jackie Chan is a great martial artist and actor so he is perfect for this movie. Jaden Smith seems from the trailer to fit right in to the role he is playing. What a great actor he seems to be.

The Silva Method

As many of you who read along and subscribe to my blog know, I have been suffering from a severe injury for quite some time that has limited me in every aspect of my life. It has challenged me in many ways.
In the past I always exercised and trained a lot. With my injury, I have been forced to limit just about everything in my life. Training has not existed, at least physically in my life for almost three years now. I miss it.
I have turned to a new tool that I have found brings me peace, relaxation and helps me with pain management. What I have turned to is a set of meditations for lack of a better term. More so it is a method that is used to teach us how to use our brain better and to its full potential. This tool I found is called The Silva Method.
I think that I have learned to cope better with my pain and my situation with the use of The Silva Method. I am thankful that my better half showed it to me. It has been an amazing tool for me in these difficult times. It is truly a tool that everyone can use.
